Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Sushi Stakes at sushistakes.com, including every game, the wallet, the chat and any related service (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, depositing, placing a bet or using the chat you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

We may update the Terms at any time. Material changes are announced on the Platform and the "Last updated" date is changed. Continuing to use the Platform after an update means you accept the new version. If you do not agree, stop using the Platform and withdraw your balance.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher.
• Online gambling must be legal where you live. It is your responsibility to check your local laws; we do not offer legal advice and we may block jurisdictions at our discretion.
• You act on your own behalf, not for a third party, and you are not a person with access to inside information about the Platform.

If we learn that any of the above is untrue, we may close the account and void winnings.

One person, one account

Each person may hold one account. Email addresses and usernames are unique. Creating additional accounts, sharing an account, or letting someone else play on your account is prohibited and may lead to all linked accounts being closed and balances confiscated.

Registration & security

• You must register with a valid email and verify it (a code is sent by email). A verified email is what unlocks withdrawals and the full features of your profile.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret. Every action taken from your account is deemed to be yours. Use "Forgot password?" to reset it by email.
• Staff will never ask for your password. Report any suspicious activity through a support ticket immediately.

Closing your account

You may request the deletion of your account through support. Withdraw your funds first: balances are not recoverable after deletion. We may close or lock an account that breaches these Terms, is inactive for a long period, or is under investigation.

Sushi Stakes is a crypto-only casino. Your balance is denominated in US dollars (USD): every deposit is converted at the market rate at the moment it is credited. Supported coins and networks:

• Deposit addresses are personal and can be reused. Send only the selected coin on the selected network; funds sent to a wrong network or to a contract address are usually lost and cannot be recovered.
• Deposits below the minimum shown in the wallet may not be credited. Network fees charged by your wallet or exchange are yours.
• Deposits appear automatically once detected on-chain; you receive a notification when funds are seen and when they are credited.

Withdrawals are requested from the wallet page and are paid to the address you provide. Double-check the address and network: transfers on a blockchain are irreversible.

• Withdrawals are available as soon as your email address is verified. That is the only verification we ask for.
• You are notified when the withdrawal is sent, with a link to the transaction.
• If a request is rejected, the full amount is returned to your balance.
• Fees and minimums may change with network conditions; the values shown in the wallet at the time of the request apply.

Your balance is shown in USD with two decimals; internal accounting keeps four decimals. Every movement (bets, wins, deposits, withdrawals, rakeback, rain, race prizes, vault transfers) is recorded in your transaction history.

The Vault is a separate balance that cannot be wagered. Locking funds is instant; releasing them requires your account password. Vault funds cannot be withdrawn directly: release them to your main balance first.

All games are games of chance. Results are generated with a provably fair system: before you bet we commit to a hashed server seed; each result is derived from HMAC-SHA256(serverSeed, clientSeed:nonce). You may set your own client seed, rotate your seeds at any time (which reveals the previous server seed) and verify any past bet on the Fairness page.

• Limits: the maximum bet is $500 and the maximum profit is $5,000 per bet ($1,000 per round in Fish Road). A win above the maximum profit is paid up to that limit.
• Our records are the authoritative record of every bet. A bet is final once the server accepts it; results cannot be reversed because you disagree with them.
• In Crash, cash-outs are processed at the multiplier the server sees when your request arrives. Network latency is your risk; use auto cash-out to lock a target.
• If a game malfunctions (including bugs, disconnections or displayed values that differ from the server), the affected bets may be voided and balances corrected. Exploiting a bug is prohibited.
• Bets of $0 run in demo mode in your browser and are not provably fair, not recorded and never paid.

Every real bet earns 0.7 % of its amount as rakeback (20 % of the house commission), win or lose. Rakeback unlocks in three tranches counted from the moment of the bet: 30 % after 3 days, 20 % after 7 days and 50 % after 30 days. Unlocked rakeback is claimed from the Rakeback page and added to your balance.

• Cancelled bets (for example a Mines board cancelled with no tiles revealed or a cancelled Crash bet) do not earn rakeback.
• Rakeback is a loyalty reward, not a right. We may adjust the rate, the schedule or remove rakeback generated through abuse (bots, self-collusion, exploiting errors).

Every player has a referral link and code: your username (for example sushistakes.com/?ref=yourname). When a new player joins with your link or code, you earn 0.35 % of every real bet they place (0.175 % on Blackjack), win or lose. Splits and doubles count as bets. The commission comes from the house edge; nothing is taken from the referred player. Earnings are claimed from the Referrals page and added to your balance.

• A player can be linked to a referrer only once: when signing up or within 24 hours after it. The link cannot be changed later.
• Only bets placed after the link count. If a bet is cancelled and refunded, its commission is removed.
• Referral codes issued by staff may include a bonus for the new player, who becomes a referral of the code's owner. Players who already have a referrer cannot use them.
• Referring yourself or accounts you control, multi-accounting or any other abuse is prohibited; commissions obtained this way are removed.

The Wager Race runs for 31 days and is shared between the website and the Sushi Stakes Discord casino: one leaderboard, one prize pool. Every real bet on the website counts at a rate of $1 = 5,000,000 race coins (1,000,000 coins = $0.20). Website players appear with a "WEB" tag; names are partially hidden on the public board.

• Prizes are paid to the top positions when the race ends. Website winners receive their prize in USD directly in their balance and a notification.
• Cancelled bets are removed from the race. Staff may correct, adjust or remove race entries obtained through fraud, multi-accounting or errors.
• Staff and owner accounts may be excluded from prizes at our discretion.

Chat rules

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, spam, begging, advertising, referral links, or sharing personal data.
• Do not impersonate staff or other players. Staff messages carry a STAFF or OWNER badge.
• Staff may delete messages and mute or lock accounts that break the rules, without notice.
• Big wins (bets of $80 or more that end in a win) are announced automatically in the chat with your username.

Chat Rain

The house places $0.50 in the rain pot every 6 hours. The pot grows only when players add money to it. When the rain falls there is a 60-second window to press CLAIM; 3 winners are drawn at random among everyone who claimed and split the pot equally. To claim you need at least $1 wagered in total on your account. Money added to the pot by players is a gift to the community and is not refundable.

Promo codes, bonuses and giveaways are granted at our discretion, may carry conditions (limited uses, one per account, wagering requirements) and can be withdrawn at any time. Bonus abuse — multi-accounting, coordinated play, or exploiting a promotion in a way it was not intended — leads to the removal of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

You agree not to:

• Create or use more than one account, or play on behalf of someone else.
• Use bots, scripts, automation, emulators or any software that interacts with the Platform other than a normal browser. The auto-bet and auto cash-out options built into our games are allowed.
• Exploit bugs, errors, latency or any unintended behaviour. If you find a bug, report it through support instead of using it.
• Collude with other players.
• Attack, probe, scrape or overload the Platform, or attempt to access other users' accounts or staff tools.

• We record the IP address, approximate location and device information of every session. This data is used only for security and fraud prevention.
• We use your email only for verification, password resets and account notices. We do not sell your data.
• Chat messages, bets and transactions are stored for operation, dispute resolution and legal obligations.

Gambling should be entertainment, never a way to earn money or to recover losses. Set limits before you play and never wager money you cannot afford to lose. The Vault helps you set aside funds you do not want to risk.

• You may ask support to limit your deposits, pause your account, or self-exclude for a period or permanently. Self-exclusions are not reversible before the chosen period ends.
• If gambling is causing you problems, seek help from a local support organisation. Stop playing if you feel you are losing control.

If a bet, payout, deposit, withdrawal or reward is credited or debited incorrectly (technical error, wrong price, bug, human mistake), we may correct your balance to what it would have been without the error, and void the affected bets. You agree to return any amount credited by mistake.

Disputes must be raised through a support ticket within 7 days of the event, with the bet ID or transaction reference. Staff decisions on disputes are final. Provably-fair verification is available for every recorded bet.

The Platform is provided "as is". We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it: maintenance, upgrades, blockchain congestion or outages may interrupt the service. We are not liable for losses caused by interruptions, delays, or by your device, connection or wallet software.

All content of the Platform — games, code, design, names, logos, artwork and text — belongs to Sushi Stakes or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sushi Stakes, its owners, staff and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of your balance at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sushi Stakes operates, and any dispute that cannot be resolved through support is subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
